Shipping & Processing

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@paolux.com. We will work quickly to make things right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Final sale items
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part.
